Shipping & Returns

Jeff's Wood Shop uses both FedEx Ground and UPS Ground to ship packages. When checking out, you can select which service you would like and the price of each service.

I will ship your bases within 24 hours after I complete them. Payments via PayPal, will ship within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays. Customers paying by check will be notified when their check has cleared Harris Bank and approximate shipping time. Established customers, in good standing, who pay by check, will not be subject to check clearing.

Jeff's Wood Shop does not have control over the shipping services delivery schedule and does not guarantee a delivery date. All dates of arrival are approximate.

Packages shipped via FedEx are automatically insured for loss or damage up to $100 in value. Any loss or damage claims caused while in transit, must be reported to the shipper by you, the customer.

In the event that a base is broken or damaged in shipping, please take a photo(s) of the package and damaged items and please contact me upon receiving the package. Return shipping for other than damaged goods, is assumed by you the consumer. If damage is caused by the shipper, you must make the claim with the shipping firm. I will assist where I can help.
