This base measures 10" x 21" and is 3/4" in thickness. The base has a single 1/16/" slot around the edge for inserting reed. This base is made from combined pieces or strips, glue and clamped together for strength.
The edges are rounded slightly and the entire base is finished sanded, ready for weaving.
