Hardwood Butcher Block Unique Design

Details

This butcher block cutting board is made from various edge grain strips of hardwoods Oak, Cherry, Ash, Maple, Hickory and Black Walnut. The strips of hardwood measure from 1/2" to 3/4" in width and are glue laminated together for strength and durability. The dark stips are Black Walnut. This board is finished with a FDA approved food grade sealant (mineral oil) which brings out the natural characteristics of the wood.

This cutting board measures 1" in thickness, by 11" in length, by 14" in width, it also has a flat side for a unique design.  There is a slot routed in on the flat side for a knife to lay in. This board weighs in at a hefty 5 pounds, which makes it rock solid.

This board would make a great cheese board for guests or simply place it on your kitchen counter top for daily use. A very attractive addition to the kitchen.

Add your own rubber feet and the board will stay in place while in use.
