The large organizer knitting tote is made from Oak and has a 6" x 17" base with a single slot for reed insertion. The handle measures 11" tall and 6" wide. The handle opening measures 4" round. The handle is attached with two brads and strong wood glue for added strength. The two dividers measure 6" wide by 5 1/2" tall which a slight curve on the top edge. The knitting hole area fits on one side of the handle and is half of the space between the outside supports on the handle.
The entire base thickness is approximately 9/16" which reduces the overall weight and keeps it from looking to bulky.
All parts are glued and fastened for secure attachment.
The base is sanded and ready for weaving.
