This lid is made from Wisconsin maple. The top of the lid measures 13 1/4" with a slightly rounded edge to soften the edges. The top exposed area is 3/4" in thickness. The bottom side of the lid has a 1" rabbeted lip in from the edge and is made from a second piece of maple. Both pieces are combined securly with high tension wood glue. The bottom piece is 1/2" in thickness making the total thickness of the lid at 1 1/4 or 1.25"
Lid is shipped without a central hole.
