This base is a 10" round Wisconsin hardwood. The base has a 1/16" single slot and two handle slots on each end for your "D" type handle. Handle slot is 1" in width wide and can except a handle with 1/4" in thickness-or less. The "D" handle is NOT supplied by me andy ou will need to obtain that from a different supplier.
The base shown is Ash hardwood. The images display the slots.
